Trial Piano Lesson Bookings

By submitting the form to book a trial piano lesson, the student agrees in principle to receive a free lesson of thirty minutes in length on the day and time in question. No booking is considered finalized before the student receives a confirmation email confirming said booking.

Either party may cancel the booking without penalty up to and including the day and time at which it has been set, although students are requested to provide twenty-four hours notice as a courtesy.

The tutor may not accept the requested booking for any reason. Or, if the day/time is not possible, the tutor may decide to offer an alternative day/time. The student is free to accept or decline, or to request a different alternative.

It should also be understood that information entered by the student in order to request a booking will be held according to all appropriate regulations and used only for the purpose for which it was submitted.

Paid Lessons

Lessons are to be paid each month in advance. Once the lessons have been paid for, the tutor agrees to deliver lessons on the agreed upon day/time and to offer a suitable alternative day/time slot should they be prevented from delivering said lessons; under such circumstances the student can request a refund if no suitable alternative can be offered. The tutor will always endeavour to give as much notice as possible in the rare instance that he needs to cancel a lesson.

If the student wishes to cancel a lesson, he/she must do so with a minimum of twenty-four hours notice in order to be offered a rescheduled lesson or a refund. Cancellations that fail to offer suitable notice will be considered under the discretion of the tutor.
